Islands, Sailing, Parties and Friends

ESCAPE

Three reasons to join us at Full Moon Sailing Week

1

History repeated. Ready to have a good time?

Back to the original route, you will enjoy a week sailing from one island to another, having fun on a yacht or ashore.

2

The Saronic Islands are paradise

June is the perfect time to be in the area. The sea water is warm, rain chances are minimal and islands are amongst the finest in Greece.

3

We want to become friends

The crew on a boat is like a big family. You will get to know wonderful people, just like you and you will become good friends with most of them.

Full Moon Sailing Week – A spring break in the Saronic Islands, where we will enjoy turquoise water bays, charming small towns, the delicious flavors of Greek cuisine and we will party under the full moon on the boat decks or in famous beach bars. Add a spectacular sunset seen from the sea or from the top of an island and you get the picture of a perfect day.
A one week holiday on a yacht means: sea, sun, sailing and a lot of fun at a very affordable price. We’ve prepared 10 yachts, each with double cabins, 2 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. The event is limited to 100 people.

The Argo-Saronic Islands- Poros, Eigina, Hydra, Dokos, Spetses, are part of a chain held in southern Saronic Gulf, near Peloponnese Peninsula and Athens. These islands are considered the paradise of south-western Aegean.

Route highlights

• Poros is separated from the mainland by a narrow channel of 350 m width. The romantic atmosphere, narrow streets, taxi boats that connect the mainland with the city of Galata and the seafront teracces where you can watch dozens of yachts moor, may remind you of Venice and its charm.
The town is built in the form of an amphitheater, with traditional large houses and cobblestone streets . At its heart is the promenade with many taverns, shops and terraces , the perfect place to enjoy a coffee and a delicious gelato.
We start off with a party under the moonlight in a nearby bay. We’ve booked one of the most beautiful beaches where we will dance, talk and get to know each other at the Full Moon Party. Our DJ will make sure that nobody sleeps until late in the morning.

• Hydra is a small beautiful island, where Elizabeth Taylor and Leonard Cohen bought properties. The streets are narrow and steep, without parking lots. Donkeys are the only means of transport used on the island. No motors on Hydra!
The port is the perfect place to enjoy a coffee or a shopping session in the chic shops where you can often find nice and quality products.
Watching the sunset from the cliffs of Hydra is a must-do and the perfect place for this is Sunset Restaurant, considered by many one of the restaurants with the most beautiful view in the world. See for yourself!
We close the day in a beach bar, located on a high cliff, with an amazing view of the sea, where we can enjoy some good music and cocktails.

• Dokos is as beautiful as it is wild, the only sign of civilization being the ruins of a Byzantine castle . In the north-east of the island there is a wide bay, well known for the anchor parties.

We will moor right here, with the boats tied together like a large “floating pontoon”. The Full Moon Party continues , this time on deck , where you can enjoy yacht hopping – strolling from one boat to another. Get ready to party all night long and maybe a little after sunrise … 🙂

• Spetses is a beautiful island in the Saronic Gulf of Greece, often compared to Beverly Hills thanks to the large number of elegant villas built here. The island has a special charm – it is a place where you can see superyachts mooring next to small fishing boats or taverns where super-rich and locals stand shoulder to shoulder. The use of cars is restricted and the only means of travel are carriages , bicycles and scooters.

When in Spetses you should take a walk or a scooter ride on the streets of the island and you will be surprised to discover luxury villas and cute cats at every turn.
